History: She was born in a small desert village. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Bella lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
