Description: This man is very fat, and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. He has styled his purple hair well, parting it to the left. His silver eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicor grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Weaver. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She dresses like a well dressed Mortician does. Her fur is yellow and curly. She is baby faced.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Two Llamas is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the west to a Mortician, Two Llamas learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Server, but she got bored and became a Mortician. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mortician for hire.

His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Varis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a tight fitting red shirt and pants. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Curran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Curran was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Curran decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
