History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Osco was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Osco decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Pyra was born with her mother's beautiful face. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a Masseuse, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. A true patriot, Millicent would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Anne is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job
