Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is typically in his Dyer uniform. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his white eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the west to a Dyer, Iados learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dyer for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dyer responsibilities is difficult.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
