Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 5. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She tends to wear a large pastel jacket. Her beige fur, when down, is lengthy. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Seven is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: The child of a Stylist, who enjoyed hunting, Seven was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a lance on her belt. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She sports golden long hair. She has violet eyes and a white hat with a grey feather.
Personality: Kabbarg is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kabbarg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: Gurdis is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Gurdis is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Merchant profession.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Shamash hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Shamash began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She was raised in a desert tribe. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
