Personality: Shautha is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
