Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has dyed his greying blue hair a little too much giving a sharp blue color. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Xappan was born with his father's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Blacksmith father left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest woman in the south

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Butcher. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her black hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Valida alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Guy was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to be a brewer again

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Miller. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Miller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Maynild was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. Her black crest, when down, is lengthy. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Saphara is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Saphara grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Saphara. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
