History: Born in the east to a Merchant, Sammal learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: He typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. He carries with him a set of kukris on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker black hat.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Her crest, while still mostly brass, has prominent grey streaks. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and many goblins want her driven away

She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is an amazing painter.
History: Beleth was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Kelter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Engraver for the past few years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
