When her father died while fighting goblins, the young Kadana began to lead the lost caravan. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Harann was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. She's also a talented Barkeep, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and balancing her hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Gardener.
