Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Reeza was born with her mother's beautiful face. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Reeza and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people.

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Darrow learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Darrow has worked very hard to control his curse. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and a deep hatred of drow

Personality: Pearl is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She takes great joy in being the best Carpenter in town.

History: Pearl was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and doesn't want to be a miner and was forced into it by her family

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
