Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a black collared shirt and brown skirt. She accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She has dyed her greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her childhood dream was to be a Sellsword, but she was a colossal failure. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He has worked as a Mortician like his father before him.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to be a mercenary again

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears violet trousers with brown and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is long and unkept. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Ruler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is content

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her childhood dream was to be a Detective, but she was a colossal failure. She has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.
