History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Harriet never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Pyntle was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
