He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Flask was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Sage. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
