Tippletoe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
