Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Being a Servant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Spring grew up listening to his father's many stories. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Navigator.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eran grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A gifted student she started as a Masseuse, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After months of barely getting by, Eldon managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: Gunnloda is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
