Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Williamina never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
