Description: He has a missing right leg. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants, and is pretty ugly. Her fur is gray and curly. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: He is a Carter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Dyer. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: Nedda was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His brown fur is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Smoking was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he wants revenge against brigands

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Fortune-teller. Her chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in greatsword use. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Faral fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
