History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Morana and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, marred by chocolates. She wears her white hair down. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Tawna reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a crossbow on his belt. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is dressed in a clean green cloak covering his clean studded leather, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. He wears his dark red hair up. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

History: She was born into a rich family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Baker job and began her own company from there.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is an amazing painter.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Hupe abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and is dressed in earthy colors with a yellow and blue handkerchief worn on her right side. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has no hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: Herleva was born the youngest of three triplets. Herleva was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Herleva decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has a very tight haircut. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Sindri was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To end his boredom.
