History: Raiann was born the youngest of three triplets. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. History: Bella was born with her father's beautiful face. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
