Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is knotted and matted. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He takes great joy in being the best Body Guard in town.
History: Shane was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To be a Navigator again; and expand his business

Description: She tends to wear a large brown jacket. Her blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hadwisa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears a colorful flower in his blue hair. His fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Qemuel hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She comes from a rich southern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She hates Dwarves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Diesa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has worked as a Mercenary like her father before her.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Ownka liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is a Priest first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Priest.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She is an epitome of beauty. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A true patriot, Barbena would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Barbena took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
