History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: She was born in a small plains village. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Jo and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bookbinder. She has worked as a Bookbinder like her father before her.
