Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He got into the Banker business at a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Banker.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
