History: She got into the Tailor business at a young age. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Barbena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Barbena was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Banker arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
