History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Vola was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Vola abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
