History: Srorthen was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears brown trousers with white and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Heward will drive conversation. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heward grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heward. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a tan tunic with brown highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around her shoes. She keeps her long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She hates Gnomes with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To protect her home; and to clean up the streets

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is physically well-built. His blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Wiggan was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly shortspears and monstrous two handed axes. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A true patriot, Purson would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Purson was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and to unite with his brother

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
