History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
