History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fulbar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fulbar. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
