History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Odo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Odo. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When Pallabar reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
