Description: He usually wears his brown robe and has his sickle always slung over his shoulder. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a Mortician first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Gardener mother left him crippled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and black handkerchief worn on his left side, marred by beers. He has wavy blonde hair. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He takes great joy in being the best Miner in town.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to be a mayor again

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is renowned for his bright white suits and hats. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Malmûg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is her passion; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: Cloak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Cloak abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Bellfounder but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
