History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Uthemar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Uthemar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Uthemar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Meriele isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Paelias was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
