History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Yebe was born the youngest of three triplets. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his father before him.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He takes great joy in being the best Sellsword in town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to be a marshal again
