History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Willow fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Personality: Dean speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the north to a Brewer, Eloise learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and balancing her hectic life and new brewer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Darrow hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
