Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Herbalist, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Chem was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Perra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Perra. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
