Description: A plain young-adult man, he usually wears his black robe and has his shortbow always slung over his shoulder. His black hair is thinning but still full. His black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and to unite with his brother

It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a hunchback. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Lewis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair is auburn and curly. His eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morkral fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Born in the east to a Locksmith, Numba learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Locksmith and found it very stressful. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Numba never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
Motivation: To be a Navigator again; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Sapply isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Servant arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. One day when Mella was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Mella was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Xanaphia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Xanaphia. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
