History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Matilda was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Laborer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Cook, but he got bored and became a Laborer. He became a Laborer soon after.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Right-Handed was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
