Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His hair is auburn and curly. He has blue eyes and a white hat with a blue feather.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her falchion, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. Her long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her silver eyes peer out from beneath her top green hat.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jillian embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Jillian was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion

Description: She wears a blue tunic with green highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around her shoes. She is portly but not overly obese. Her auburn hair is heavily combed to the right. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Drusilia took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor she uses now. After a long history of fighting, Drusilia and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Cumpen is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born in a small mountains village. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is greedy

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He very much looks the part of a Marshal. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Krimmon took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He became a Marshal soon after.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Smoking was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
