Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and typically wears red cloth garments or leather armor. His skin is also unnaturally pale. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and expand his business

Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a green coat. His crest is cut close to his head. His half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was born in the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Mugrunden was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many orcs want him driven away

Personality: Ogg is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Puyet lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for her, and Griselda does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
