History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pûg was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Five was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Five was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
