History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Anselm has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's in love; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Interpreter, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Efferil lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Painter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
