History: She was raised by priests from a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people

History: Gifted from a young age, Shava studied abroad. At some point she was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
