History: He was born in the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lance grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: Mijira lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gimble was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
