Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She works hard and plays hard.
History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: She was born in a small desert village. Trail was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trail decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sculptor, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: 6'9" and muscular, this eastern man wears dull pastel sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed dagger, just in case. He has wavy orange fur. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Pelt was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Hamil is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Hamil was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Hamil and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Kansif was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Merchant for the past few years.
