Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Junk Dealer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Junk Dealer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Scribe who has hired her part-time. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a Jeweler, her father struggled to pay the bills. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Jeweler. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This late middle aged man wears dull black sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed spear, just in case and is in decent physical shape. His hair is cut close to his head. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Server, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Blacksmith for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Server again; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. After a long history of fighting, Thorpe and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: Rolen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Body Guard. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Body Guard responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her quarterstaff with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Gynk abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
