History: Astaro lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Crampernap hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Sculptor but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

History: Furrele hails from a village terrorized by drow. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During her travels, Furrele and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Furrele discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Furrele fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shepherd. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
