Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Faran grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Peter was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Laborer. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Nija alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has worked as a Seamstress like her father before her.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Melech was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Dariff has worked very hard to control her curse. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
