History: She got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has achieved small success as a Bookbinder.

Description: She wears dark leathers with embroidery. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She sports a flattop hair cut. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Kali is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: He wears a simple green robe with black stripes complete with hood. He carries a battered axe and tarnished ceremonial dagger as well. He keeps his rusty crest in a flapper bob. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Srorthen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has moderate length scarlet crest. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norkruuth does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears dull red sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed scythe, just in case. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Born in the west to a Brewer, Tod learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people
