Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Philomena hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Philomena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Philomena was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.
