Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Locksmith mother left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Knight arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Kallista lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Kallista was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Kallista was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: Gifted from a young age, Oriel studied abroad. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After months of barely getting by, Oriel managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her gray fur is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes are likewise copper.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Sethrekar was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: Oblar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Oblar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
