Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a performer and was forced into it by her family

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are black.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Cairn took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
