History: Cloak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Efferil will drive conversation. He takes great joy in being the best Marshal in town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Efferil has worked very hard to control his curse. He's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
